Terms & Conditions – First 5000 Club (Lifetime 10% Discount Offer)

1. Offer Overview

1.1 The First 5000 Club – Lifetime 10% Discount Offer ("Offer") is provided by Prestige Anglers ("Company").
1.2 The Offer is available exclusively to the first 5,000 customers who make a purchase through our online store at https://prestigeanglers.com.au.
1.3 Eligible customers will receive a 10% discount on full-priced items for the lifetime of the business, subject to continued eligibility requirements.

2. Eligibility & Activation

2.1 To qualify, customers must complete a successful transaction on https://prestigeanglers.com.au before all 5,000 spots are filled.
2.2 The discount applies only to full-priced items and cannot be combined with other promotions, sale items, or discount codes.
2.3 The discount is linked to the customer’s registered account and is non-transferable.
2.4 To maintain eligibility, customers must spend a minimum of $99 AUD per year (12 months from the date of their last qualifying purchase).

3. Retention & Disqualification

3.1 Customers who fail to meet the $99 AUD minimum annual spend will receive a reminder email, allowing an additional 90 days to fulfill this requirement.
3.2 If a customer does not make a qualifying purchase within the 90-day extension, they will be removed from the First 5000 Club, and their lifetime discount will be revoked.
3.3 When a customer is removed, the next eligible customer (based on registration date) will be upgraded to the First 5000 Club and notified via email or SMS.
3.4 Email remains our primary method of communication. We are not responsible for emails being marked as spam or going to the customer’s junk folder, which may lead to missed notifications and disqualification from the Offer.

4. Usage & Limitations

4.1 The Offer applies only to purchases made directly on https://prestigeanglers.com.au.
4.2 The discount does not apply to gift cards, shipping fees, or third-party services.
4.3 The Company reserves the right to exclude certain products or categories from the discount at its discretion.

5. Lifetime Guarantee & Modifications

5.1 The term "lifetime" refers to the duration that Prestige Anglers continues to operate and sell products online.
5.2 In the event of a business closure, change in ownership, or significant rebranding, the Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Offer.
5.3 The Company reserves the sole right to suspend or terminate a customer’s discount if they violate our "Exclusion for Service Rules."

6. General Terms

6.1 The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the Offer at any time, for any customer, with or without prior notice.
